i did.. i sent an email and called too. the guy took a long time to get the address, he had no idea what flickr is! and told me it will work again within 24 hours!!!
Flamingoliya, Perhaps at work they're using a proxy to filter sites they think it's un-needed and then when one is found, you're redirected to FastTelco's page. Just a theory.
Are you willing to give up some speed to be able to view all pages without the knowing of your boss nor ISP nor any router between you and the destination website/host?
You may have to sucrifice around 5-6 kB of the connection.
I'll give you a solution depending on your answer (yes/no).
