If you punch your card on time everyday even when you're on vacation = Excellent employee
even if you don't work, or sleep on your desk, or go shopping, or even travel to Bahrain and come back.
If you work hard all day, find new strategies, solve solutions, but may come a bit late one day or oversleep with no medical excuse = commit suicide
GOVERN your MENTAL state before it eats you.
