ٍRecognizing people from their voices is an amazing thing. I've had a problem with a client months back and haven't received any feedback from him yet. Phone calls were our way of communication.
Today, we've met! I didn't know him and he didn't know me. We've met through another employee who was discussing a whole different issue and to my surprise, just from hearing his voice, I recognized HIM! and there he was! I caught him. He can't run away from me now, irresponsible client.
